Book online, and we email you a secure BlueNotary link. At your appointment you join by video, verify your ID, and sign while your New York electronic notary watches. Your notarized document is ready to download within 20 minutes.

What do I need to bring?
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID and your unsigned documents. Please do not sign before your appointment.
How long does a New York apostille take?
Rush service takes about 2 business days; standard service takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the document and whether County Clerk certification is needed.
